CML NEWS

CML is now 20 months old. It’s been a busy few months since the September Newsletter, and not just with client assignments.

​

We continue to support London and international based clients, established players and start-ups alike. We are working with insurers and brokers, all with the same aim: to help improve standards, innovation, and customer experience across the insurance industry.

​

2023 was all about Crime, IMI and MLP products with a sprinkling throughout the year of Insurtech, D&O, casualty, and brand new products. It was a wonderfully diverse year of work projects with fantastic people. Makes me feel optimistic about the future of the insurance market!

​

As CML’s business has grown I’ve been able to invest in better IT infrastructure and 24/7 IT support. I’ve also changed the company’s accounting platform to one that is better geared up for the business as it is now (and will hopefully be in the next few years). Most importantly, I have teamed up with Rosemary who will help with wording projects. I am looking forward to introducing her to clients and contacts in coming months. She will give us the ability to provide a tiered service depending on client needs.
